Beth's Smokin' Meatloaf Glaze
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (can substitute 2 Tbs dark Karo syrup or molasses)
- 1/4 cup bourbon (... and then a shot for me)
- 2 oz Golden Turmeric syrup
- 1 1/2 Tbs spicy mustard
- Dash of liquid smoke
Mix well and after your loaf is cooked to temp, then add the sauce mixture. Return to oven and broil to get a nice caramelization.
