Leaves of Red Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup organic oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin spice almond milk
  • 1 tsp each flax, chia and hemp seeds
  • Leaves of Red syrup to taste (about 1-2 TBS)
  • optional: 1/2 banana, blueberries, walnuts

Mix oats, chia, flax, hemp seeds, almond milk and Leaves of Red syrup in a mason jar. Cover with lid and let set at least an hour but preferably overnight in the fridge. Just before eating stir and add bananas, blueberries and walnuts.
