Golden Icing

  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp J.T. Copper Leaves of Gold syrup
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp milk or alternative
  • Pinch of salt

Whisk sifted sugar with 1 Tbsp each syrup and milk. Add remaining liquids until desired consistency and flavor is achieved. Add pinch of salt to balance sweetness.
