- 4 oz strong, cold coffee (a natural process is best!)
- 4 oz Blueberry Juice
- 1 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 6 oz Seltzer Water
Mix coffee, juice and syrup in a glass until syrup has dissolved, set aside. Add ice to a 20 oz glass. Fill it about 1/3 with seltzer water. Add in coffee mixture. Top with more seltzer and stir with a long spoon.
