- 2 ripe figs
- 2 Tbsp. J.T. Copper Vanilla Bean Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces of your choice Bourbon
Muddle the two ripe figs with the Vanilla Bean Syrup in a small cocktail shaker. Add the lemon juice and Bourbon. Fill shaker with ice, cover and shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with slice of fresh fig.
