- 2 oz dry gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Bee’s Knees syrup
- 1 small egg white*
- ice
Combine first 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds, add ice, and shake again until well chilled (about 1 minute). Strain into chilled glass and top with a sprig of lavender.
*Not into eggs? Substitute about (1) TBSP of aquafaba.
